Our no-logs commitment
Last updated: June 12, 2026
A VPN is only as private as the logs it keeps. FlamingoVPN is designed so there's nothing to hand over — because we don't collect it in the first place.
We do not log
- Browsing activity — the websites or services you visit through the tunnel.
- DNS queries — the domains you look up.
- Your real IP — your originating address linked to your session.
- Traffic content or destinations — what you send and where it goes.
- Connection timestamps tied to identity for the purpose of profiling.
Why we can make this claim
Our servers are configured to route traffic, not record it. The control plane that runs the fleet is separate from the data path, and only ever sees aggregated health metrics — total load, capacity, uptime — never the contents of your connection.
What we do keep
To run a real service we keep the minimum needed: your account email, your subscription status (via Stripe), and aggregated, non-identifying server metrics. None of this reveals what you do on the VPN. Full detail is in our privacy policy.
Transparency
If we're ever compelled to produce data, we can only ever provide what we actually hold — which does not include your activity. As the service grows we intend to keep this page honest and up to date.
