These terms govern your use of FlamingoVPN apps and services. By creating an account or using the service, you agree to them.

1. The service

FlamingoVPN provides a virtual private network across desktop, mobile and browser. We may add, change or remove features and server locations as the service evolves.

2. Your account

You're responsible for keeping your account credentials secure and for activity under your account. One subscription covers a defined number of devices as shown in the app.

3. Acceptable use

You agree not to use FlamingoVPN to:

• Break the law or infringe others' rights.
• Send spam, run attacks, distribute malware, or attempt to disrupt networks or other users.
• Resell or redistribute the service without our written permission.
• Circumvent device limits or otherwise abuse the infrastructure.

We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these rules.

4. Subscriptions & billing

Paid plans are billed through Stripe on a recurring basis until cancelled. You can cancel at any time; access continues until the end of the current billing period. Pricing and any free-trial terms are shown in the app before you pay. Except where required by law, payments are non-refundable.

5. Availability

We work hard to keep the service fast and available but do not guarantee uninterrupted access. Maintenance, upstream outages or network conditions may affect performance.

6. Disclaimers

The service is provided "as is" and "as available," without warranties of any kind to the maximum extent permitted by law. A VPN improves privacy but is not a guarantee of anonymity or security against every threat.

7. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, FlamingoVPN is not liable for indirect, incidental or consequential damages, or for amounts exceeding what you paid us in the 12 months before the claim.

8. Termination

You may stop using the service and delete your account at any time. We may suspend or terminate access for violations of these terms or to comply with the law.

9. Changes

We may update these terms. Material changes will be posted here with a new "last updated" date; continued use means you accept the updated terms.
